Financing

The initial financing application below is short and easy to fill out. Your lender might ask for more information later such as tax returns or bank statements but to start the process we just need a little bit of information about you and your business.

We will do a soft pull on your credit which wont affect your credit score. Once we have that info we will send your deal packet to a trusted lender or bank. From there they will start the approval process which usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

During this approval period the lender usually reaches out to you to introduce themselves. They also might ask for more information about you and your business. The more information the lender gets from you improves your approval likely hood and terms.

Once you are approved we will green light delivery or start the build process. We will coordinate everything with the lender for you so it is a smooth transition from approval to delivery.
